THEFT - Police arrested a 20-year-old male Wednesday for shoplifting $10.50 worth of merchandise at Mills Fleet Farm.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - An accident without injuries was reported at 3:20 p.m. Wednesday at Dellwood Drive and Clearwater Road.
PERSONAL INJURY ACCIDENT - Two drivers suffered minor injuries but were not hospitalized in an accident at 11:09 a.m. Wednesday at Excelsior Road and Conservation Drive. North Ambulance assisted at the scene and checked on the minor injuries of both drivers, Tiffany Hanley, 27, Brainerd, and Thomas Ebnet, 66, Nisswa.
PROPERTY DAMAGE - An accident without injuries was reported at 7:02 a.m. Thursday at Oak Street and Southeast 13th Street.
An accident without injuries was reported at 4:06 p.m. Wednesday at the intersection of Northwest Seventh and James streets.
An accident without injuries was reported at 9:01 a.m. Wednesday on the 100 block of Laurel Street.
SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY - An intoxicated male, who accidentally started a chair on fire in his apartment on the 600 block of Washington Street, was taken at 8:39 p.m. Wednesday to the emergency room for a voluntary evaluation.
ROAD RAGE - A woman reported a road rage incident involving another motorist at 6:37 p.m. Wednesday on Southwest Sixth Street and West College Drive. The officer spoke to both parties and determined the complainant was the main aggressor in the incident and she was advised about her inappropriate conduct.
HAZARD - Police responded at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday to a vehicle in a snowbank that was blocking traffic on Jackson Street. No injuries or damages were reported and the vehicle was pulled out of the snowbank by a private vehicle.
