MINNEAPOLIS (AP) -- Police arrested a mother suspected of manslaughter in the death of a two-month-old boy who was found home alone.
Police took the woman, Maria Angelica Torres Cruz, 26, into custody Monday night.
A neighbor on Friday night heard her two-year-old son crying, found the children home alone and called police to report the two-month-old wasn't breathing. The baby's name was Joseph Santillian-Torres.
The Hennepin County Medical Examiner is investigating the cause of the baby's death.
Police say the two boys may have been left alone for at least eight hours Friday.
