The following recently appeared in Crow Wing District Court:

Shawn Cameron Barnes, 33, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after license cancellation to 10 days jail and ordered to pay $1,210 in fines and fees.

Michael Dorin Carrigan, 48, Crosby, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Candy Marie Becker, 29, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,140 in fines and fees.

James Jay Roos, 43, Sartell, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to seven days jail, 30 days electronic monitoring, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Dayre Allan Kono, 44, Little Falls, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $1,112 in fines and fees.

Andrew Laurence Howe, 25, Pipestone, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor check forgery and ordered to pay $410 in fines and fees.

Jacob Charles Rodewald, 26, Dundas, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor check forgery and ordered to pay $410 in fines and fees.

Chad Allen Rogers, 26, Isle, was sentenced for felony DWI to 180 days jail, 30 days electronic monitoring, placed on seven years supervised probation and ordered to pay $912 in fines and fees.

James David Johnson, 48, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to 30 days jail, 30 days electronic monitoring, three years supervised probation and ordered to pay $982 in fines and fees.

James Dean Eberle, 48, Brainerd, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DWI to four days jail and ordered to pay $510 in fines and fees.

Emmanuel Joseph Peglow, 25, Brainerd, was sentenced for felony fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance to 180 days jail, placed on 10 years supervised probation and ordered to pay $290 in fines and fees.
