The following were recently sentenced in Crow Wing District Court:

Patrick John Olson, 44, 3468 Highway 25 N., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Lisa Robin Platz, 34, Rice, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to two years supervised probation and fined $400.

Lonnie Joseph Labore, 23, 76 S. Ninth St., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Robin Rachelle Smith, 36, 187 County Road 25 N.E., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to two days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Thomas Allen Von Berge, 31, Little Falls, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 180 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $880.

Robert Gene Antell, 25, 219 Fourth St. S.W. Apt. D, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Travis Ray Joyce, 27, Aitkin, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to one year jail and fined $50.

Timothy Ted Brawley, 45, Pequot Lakes, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to pay $400 fine and placed on two years supervised probation.

James Robert Struthers, 34, 1023 Ninth Ave. N.E., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 150 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $3,000.

Ivan Ralph Hazelwood, 37, Blaine, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation to 180 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $50.

Jason Michael Johnson, 23, 1309 O St. N.E., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Kelly Thomas Hook, 31, Deerwood, was fined $50 for gross misdemeanor driving after cancellation.

Eric Arvid Anderson, 32, 3571 Wilderness Point Road, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Richard Thomas Nixon Jr., 22, 219 S.W. Fourth St. Apt. B, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored check to pay $500 and placed on two years supervised probation.

Jeffrey Clyde Billman, 19, 1301 11th Ave. N.E., was sentenced for theft to 10 days jail, placed on two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Carmen Lynn Rolla, 21, 1401 Pine St., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor furnishing alcohol to a minor to two years unsupervised probation.

Todd Michael Moen, 19, St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored check to pay $535 fine and placed on two years unsupervised probation.

Carlene Britt Yamauchi, 35, East Bethel, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor refusal to submit to testing and driving after cancellation to 90 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Christopher Lee Bernu, 19, Baxter, was sentenced for felony offering a forged check to 60 days jail, placed on five years supervised probation and fined $50.

John Patrick Nystrom, 27, St. Cloud, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor issuance of dishonored check to pay $2,213.34 restitution.

Charles Sanford Nieman III, 28, 1124 Oak St., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to two years supervised probation and fined $500.

Bradley Andrew Monson, 48, Ironton, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Tyler James Blaine, 22, Frazee, was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 60 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.

Kristy Marie Fredstrom, 24, 5476 Dewes Road N., was sentenced for gross misdemeanor DUI to 30 days jail, placed on three years supervised probation and fined $900.
