Corrine Beam

AITKIN -- Corrine Beam, 82, Aitkin, died Monday, Dec. 20, 1999, at her home.

She was born Oct. 26, 1917, in Wichita, Kan., to Bill and Mina (Greene) Ellis. She attended school in Casper, Wyo. Before moving to Aitkin, she lived in Indianapolis, Ind.

Survivors include four sons, Murray Palmer, Kemmer, Wyo., Bob Palmer, Casper, Wyo., Larry Palmer, Denver, Colo., and Gary Tyren, Minneapolis; a sister, Alberta Keller, Aitkin; many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and a special friend, Albert Halgrimson, Palisade.

A son, Tom Palmer, two brothers, Bill Ellis and J.R. Ellis, and two sisters, Margaret Hadfeild and Maxine Abbot, died earlier.

Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Willim-Aitkin Funeral Chapel of Aitkin with Pastor Chuck Carlson officiating. Burial will be in Pine Grove Cemetery of Palisade.

Friends may call at Willim-Aitkin Funeral Chapel an hour before services Wednesday.
