BLOOMINGTON -- Edith D. (Chapman) Engler, 90, Bloomington, died Monday, Dec. 23, 2002, at the Minnesota Masonic Home Care Center in Bloomington.
She was born Oct. 3, 1912, in DeSmet, S.D. She attended school in Shakopee. She married Maurice G. Engler in 1937. She worked as a professional seamstress, homemaker and was a 60-year member of the Acacia Chapter of Eastern Star and the Union Congregational Church in St. Louis Park.
Survivors include a daughter, Maureen Fundingsland, Denver; and a son, Michael, Nisswa.
Her husband and six siblings died earlier.
Services will be 1 p.m. Jan. 10 at Union Congregational Church in St. Louis Park. Memorials are preferred to the church.
