Secrets to living longer and better coming to Morrison County

PIERZ - Horizon Health's Faith in Action along with Morrison County Public Health, Healthy Communities Collaborative, Morrison County Senior Task Force and Home Savings of America are joining forces to bring to Morrison County, "Blue Zones the 9 All-Star Secrets to Living Longer, Living Better" from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at Horizon Health's Community Room in Pierz.

The October Dine and Discover will feature Bob Graham, Albert Lea's Community Development Director and co-creator of the National Vitality Conference. Mr. Graham will share the story of how Albert Lea residents improved their life expectancy by more than three years and enhanced the overall health of the whole town by following the recommendations discovered by the author of Blue Zones.
