WADENA — Mitchell Swanson tallied four goals and two assists to lead the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines past the North Branch Vikings 10-3 in the opening round of Wadena-Deer Creek tournament Thursday.
Christian Berg and Jake Krause each added two goals and three assists for the Wolverines who went 3-4 on power plays.
Also scoring goals for W-DC were Mike Behl and Otto Asp. Bridger Pettit added three assists.
