Women's Basketball: Central Lakes College drops two

Lindsay Monson dropped 18 points and hit Central Lakes’ only three pointer for Raiders in a 75-59 loss Sunday to Minnesota West.

Ashley Arenson, Sierra Benning and Jaylnn Lamb each recorded 10 points for the Raiders, who went a perfect eight-for-eight from the free throw line.

“We just need to work hard on the stuff we need to improve,” Raiders Head Coach Dennis Eastman said.

WILLMAR — Taalyr Egeness recorded 16 points and hit two three-pointers as Central Lakes fell to Ridgewater 77-53 Saturday.

Lindsay Monson added 13 points for the Raiders.

“We were taller then them, but they out-rebounded us 51-39 because they were more aggressive. Our second half shooting also hurt us a lot,” Eastman said.
