ST. PAUL — Little Falls High School graduate Dan Kornbaum of Augsburg College was the MIAC Basketball Athlete of the Week ending Dec. 2.
The 6-9, 205-pound junior helped the Auggies to a 2-0 start in conference. Kornbaum had a pair of double-doubles, averaging 15.5 points, 11.5 rebounds and three blocks per game as the Auggies went 2-0 in the MIAC and improved to 5-0 overall.
His brother, Ronnie Kornbaum, is a junior guard for the Auggies. Ronnie formerly played for Central Lakes College in Brainerd.
