points to surpass 1,000 career points Thursday in a 91-70 Northland Conference loss to Cass Lake-Bena.
Howard, who began the season with 977 points, also added eight assists and went 10-for-10 at the free throw line.
Zach Struss contributed 16 points and led the team with eight rebounds, while Trevon Pederson finished with 13.
Howard, a senior guard, surpassed Micah Eveland, who finished with 1,007 career points, to land in seventh on PR-B’s all-time scoring list.
