The Brainerd Warriors junior varsity Blue team won the Central Minnesota Conference Tournament Dec. 10 at Southway Bowl in St. Cloud.
Brainerd earned a trip to the state tournament Dec. 2 at Louisville Lanes in Shakopee.
The Warriors defeated St. Cloud Apollo 3-0, St. Cloud Cathedral 3-1 and Sauk Rapids 3-0.
Tyler Fields (100-percent fills), Levi Raddatz (83 percent) and Breanna Fields (71 percent) led Brainerd in the victory over Apollo. Against Cathedral, Raddatz (77 percent), Hayden Brooks (75 percent), and Gabe Clow (67 percent) led the Warriors.
In the championship match against Sauk Rapids, Breanna Fields (100 percent), Clow and Brooks (83 percent), and Raddatz (67 percent) led Brainerd. Raddatz had 76-percent fills for the day.
