Bees defeat Silver Springers
Tom Fairbanks and Pat Skogen each had two hits as the Brainerd Bees defeated the Cold Spring Silver Springers 4-2 in an exhibition game Friday night at Adamson Field.
Joel Martin drove in two runs and Fairbanks had an RBI.
Tim Martin pitched seven innings to get the win. He allowed four hits and two runs (none earned) with two strikeouts.
