Crosby-Ironton, Little Falls and Pequot Lakes are among 39 varsity basketball teams from Minnesota and surrounding states that will play off Saturday and Sunday for the Pacesetter Minnesota Invitational Basketball Tournament championship.
Girls teams are Crosby-Ironton, Sartell, Christ’s Household of Faith, Crookston, Pelican Rapids, Montevideo, Hibbing, Sauk Centre, New London-Spicer, Farmington, Sebeka, Kenyon-Wanamingo, Fergus Falls, Cambridge-Isanti and Perham.
Boys teams include Crosby-Ironton, Little Falls, Pequot Lakes, Delano, Cambridge-Isanti, Robbinsdale Cooper, Caledonia, New London-Spicer, Farmington, Braham, Hibbing, Huron (S.D.), Forest Lake, Minneapolis South, Sauk Centre, Spring Lake Park, Dawson-Boyd, Alexandria, Woodbury, Bemidji, Esko, Fargo, Stillwater and Perham.
Games will tip off at 10 a.m. both days on eight courts with girls playing at Clemens Field House at the College of St. Benedict and boys playing at Whitney Rec Center in St. Cloud and at Claire Lynch gym at CSB.
Championship games Sunday will be at 4 p.m. with the boys game at the Whitney Rec Center and the girls tile game in Clemens Field House.
All games are open to the public.
