The Brainerd freshmen VFW team swept Pequot Lakes 12-0 and 5-0 on Tuesday.
In Game One, winning pitcher Logan Madsen struck out nine in five innings.
Evan Brecht was 2-3, Tori Miller went 2-3 with a double and two RBIs, Taylor Streiff was 3-4 with two doubles and three RBIs and Jacob Russell, Peter Dahl and Hayden Bukowski each were 1-2 with RBIs.
In Game Two, winning pitcher Hayden Bukowski struck out seven in five 5 innings. Quinn McElfresh pitched the final two innings.
Tommy Eschenbacher was 3-4 with two RBIs and Josh Kreutzfeldt was 2-3 with an RBI.
