BATTLE LAKE — The Detroit Lakes Lakers swept the Wadena-Deer Creek Wolverines 10-6 and 12-2 (five innings) in Tuesday’s Mid-State Conference doubleheader.
Michaela Lehmkuhl blasted a home run in Game One, going 2-4 with two runs scored and a pair of RBIs. Ashley Tuttle finished 2-3, scoring once and driving in two.
In Game Two, Lehmkuhl went 2-2 with an RBI and Katelyn Peters was 2-3 with a run scored.
