Chloe Miller added another hurdles win to her season resume and the Brainerd Warriors captured six other victories during Thursday’s time trails at Adamson Field in Brainerd.
Miller won the 100-meter hurdles in 16.8 and also captured the long jump with a 15-foot leap.
Other winners for Brainerd were Courtney Ryan in the 100 dash, Michaela Quast in the 800 run, Allison Kosobud in the 1600 and Sarah Fairbanks in the 3200.
Shea Sheflo won the discus with a 90-5 effort.
“We had a very good meet,” said Warriors girls head coach Dan Clabo. “Many of our young athletes took the oportunity to try some new events, which will help us coaches and athletes determine what events fits them the best. By the looks of this team, I’m expecting us to get better with every meet. This is going to be a fun year watching this team develop.”
