PRIMM, Nev. — Brainerd High School graduate Tyler Monda, a senior at the University of North Dakota, shot the fifth-best score during Tuesday’s final round, and finished tied for 11th place at South Dakota State’s Jackrabbit Invitational at the Primm Valley Golf Course.
Monda carded a 1-under 71 Tuesday, a score topped by only four other golfers. The Brainerd native finished with an even-par 216 in the 3-round event as UND placed 13th.
BHS graduate Sean Halverson of UND finished 80th with rounds of 83-84-86—253.
