WARNER, Okla. — Connors State College swept a doubleheader from the Central Lakes College Raiders on Saturday.
In the first game, won 11-0 in five innings by Connors, Jaron Hanson, Tyler Lenz and Trevor Woodruff had CLC’s three hits.
Connors won the second game 9-1 in seven innings. Bryan Yackley doubled and Cory Tumberg had an RBI single for CLC. Jared Hoemberg pitched 4.2 innings in relief and allowed one unearned run.
CLC was rained out Sunday against Northeast Texas Community College. The doubleheader was scheduled to be made up Monday.

I have yet to read an article where these guys currently playing on the CLC have made any improvements since the first game.I see they have played only 6 games, but what is Pat Held doing? I hear things and I definitely feel sorry for these kids if the gossip is true.
