Chelsey Bonsante added 10 points and Missy Foote grabbed eight boards for the Rangers sixth-straight victory.
KyAnn Nyhus led the Cardinals, who entered the game 7-0 in conference play, with nine points.
S-M had beaten C-I 73-31 earlier in the season.
