The third annual Pound the Pavement 5-kilometer run/walk is scheduled Sept. 24 in Pillager.
Registration/check-in begins at 9 a.m. in front of the Pillager High School. The race starts at 10 a.m.
Registration fee is $15 and includes a T-shirt. Registration forms are available at www.pillager.k12.mn.us under the special event link.
The event is being run in conjunction with homecoming weekend which is featuring the 65th anniversary of football at Pillager and induction of the second class in the Pillager Hall of Fame.
