Two Brainerd High School teenagers were crowned as queens Sunday. Serena Schreifels, 16, was crowned 2013 Miss Brainerd Lakes Outstanding Teen and Lizzy Thurlow, 15, was crowned Miss Central Lakes Outstanding Teen.
