The guest opinion in the Dispatch, last weekend, by Dr. John Abraham in which he dissed Rolf Westgard was, in itself, in error. Abraham said that clouds are not water vapor because you can't see water vapor.
Kudos to Superintendent Razidlo and the faculty, staff and students of all six Brainerd elementary schools for their nomination for the National Blue Ribbon Award. Having directed a school that won this award twice and having served on multiple panels to evaluate Blue Ribbon applications, I can appreciate the amount of thought, self-study, evaluation and planning that goes into achieving this award.
