Offering concerts with only freewill donations means the Lakes Area Music Festival must be dependent on community support. Only 15 percent of their income comes through grants.

fraud that it is.

10-B that stands out.
If my faith were to prohibit eating meat on Friday, would it be right to make it illegal for everyone. If my religion was against wearing the color red, would it be ok to pass a Constitutional Amendment that outlaws wearing red.
