We have an elderly parent living in Iowa and it requires a number of trips each year for that visual check and to assist in a variety of ways. Over the years we had noticed better gas mileage on our return trips to Minnesota.

I have read in several places, that we have 110 million people in this country that are on some kind of government assistance. By the way that does not include Social Security and Medicare. That is about one third of the population.
