Music to My Ears
Recently my wife and I went to one of the concerts of the Lakes Area Music Festival. Not only was it beautiful music, but it was also a beautiful day with a good cross-section of the community in attendance.

If you didn't know they were here, you must have been out of town. The American Barnstormers Tour provides a glimpse of the past that few have an opportunity to experience today.
Wednesday night many lucky people were able to attend the Lakes Area Music Festival's first operatic presentation, "The Magic Flute." It was indeed magical from the very first notes through the final curtain call. It was amazing.

We have an elderly parent living in Iowa and it requires a number of trips each year for that visual check and to assist in a variety of ways.
