Dispatch did not cover all candidates
This past weekend the Brainerd Dispatch slighted the voters in Crow Wing and Aitkin County when they decided not to publish information on all the candidates that will appear on the Aug. 14 primary election ballot.
If two former Education Minnesota Union members and one current substitute teacher are elected to the school board who will represent the workers in the private sector? Can you say conflict of interest?
One can only hope for “right to work” some day.

I'd like to share some great news with the people of Crow Wing County.
The voters in District 1 have the opportunity to vote for a strong new voice to address their issues, which will be good for the rest of the county too.
Republicans and Democrats spent last summer battling how best to save $2.1 trillion over the next decade. They are spending this summer battling how best to not save $2.1 trillion over the next decade.
I intend to vote for Taylor Stevenson for senator to represent Senate District 10.
I am urging others to support Taylor in this important primary.
Taylor is fair, intelligent and one of the best listeners I have ever met.
Is anyone else saddened, disappointed or even angered by the Dispatch’s willingness to print city council member Bob Olson’s financial “findings” twice in the same edition of the Aug. 8 newspaper?
Why not wait until city staff has the opportunity to respond to Mr. Olson? Or are we believing ...
