In response to Daryl Bahma’s letter in the Sunday Dispatch Feb. 2, about propane prices ranging from $2.99-3.06. On Feb. 5, I had a gas fill. “Gas is back.” I had an 85 percent fill to the tune of $4.29 a gallon (unit). Perfect timing at the highest cost.

Poverty is a reality I was glad to see that our local schools did address their hot lunch policies. I do believe there was "under-reporting" from two schools as to the actual numbers of students that were not given meals and/or not given hot meals.
