Pampered criminals It's with incredulousness that I read the latest development in the Chad Ross and his "illegal flea market" case. Ross pleads guilty in a plea agreement. Part of that agreement was that he would clean up his property by Dec. 20.

Brainerd recently approved the purchase of a new street sweeper and went out for bids on the older of the two street sweepers the city owns.
