Since the founding of our nation, America has been richly blessed. However, the future of our nation is a concern of a majority of our citizens.
Over the last few decades, we have trusted in elections and legislation to get us on the right course. These don’t appear to be working.
America today has lost sight of the foundation on which our country was established, summed up by George Washington, “It is impossible to rightly govern a nation without God and the Bible.”
We need to hear again, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the Lord,” (Ps. 33:12). God may not be Lord of our nation at this point, but He is the Lord over our nation whether we want to acknowledge it or not.
Isn’t it time that we, when tempted to say without much thought, “God, bless America”, take the focus off us and say, “America, bless God?”

We have a number of religions in the US, each with a Lord or Lords. A significant percent of our citizens doesn't acknowledge any religion.
