OK, let’s say (hypothetically) I’m a murderer, rapist and burglar. Naturally, I am a huge advocate of gun control. You have to understand, I have a very hostile working environment. I may go to work tomorrow and break into someone’s home, only to be met by some irate homeowner with a gun who decides to protect his property.
Or, I may attack some woman at night only to find out that she is packing, and decides to defend herself.
Or, worst-case scenario, I may walk into some school with the idea of shooting up the place, only to be confronted by some crazy principal with a gun who shoots me before I can shoot anyone.
It’s a dangerous job. Therefore, I am asking you law-abiding citizens to please petition your senators and representatives to outlaw all firearms. It would sure make my job much easier.
And, don’t let them check my mental records, or I may have trouble buying a gun.
Understand the law would not apply to me because I am a professional outlaw. And it wouldn’t apply to Congress either, because few laws do. Besides, they have their own bodyguards.
OK, I’m just being facetious. I am none of the above, but I think you get my drift.
Remember, if guns kill people, then cars cause accidents and pencils misspell words, and all those other stupid cliches.
Anyway, have a nice day.
America, bless God.

Statistically-speaking, chances are greater that the home-owners who own guns will have shot one of their family members or shot themselves before you get there. http://www.minnpost.com/second-opinion/2012/12/health-risk-having-gun-home
Women will still be able to have their concealed handgun in their purse to protect themselves from you when they're out.
Obama's proposals give schools the nod to decide whether they want to put resources toward armed (professional) personnel (and has offered resources for same). If there needs to be someone with a gun, for heaven's sake, make sure they're no amateur. I don't want an English teacher who was shuffled through some rote conceal-n-carry course to have a pistol in her desk drawer next to the crayons and chalk.
Bill O'Reilly actually made sense tonight on Letterman, suggesting that all crimes involving a gun should be federal crimes -- ten year mandatory minimum sentence. He advocates for background checks and gun registration -- "if cars have to be registered, so should guns." He doesn't have a problem with restrictions on some weapons, but wants States to decide, not Feds. I rarely agree with O'Reilly, but he was making sense on some of this.
O' reeky ain't a true conservative
Old bill o'reailly ain't talking sense. He is buying into the lib agenda. I tell ya I was just down at one of the childrens hospitals in the cities. Signs posted everywhere as a no gun zone! I was scairt to death. They didn't see, to have no restrictions on the criminals. Im other words, they didn't have no signs saying, "attnetion CRIMiNALS: you can't have no guns here!". Why is that? Because criminals break the law!
The only society where they're is saifty is a polite society where everyone has his weaponry strapped to his belt. I don't trust no store, hospital, church, or public place where the democrat party is trying to limit are freedom and take away are weaponry from us!
