More taxes, more Obama?
To those living in Crow Wing and Cass County — if any of you complain about your federal taxes, I have a question for you: Who did you vote for?
The president told us his plans for the American people very plain. He said we will all pay more in taxes with no reduction in our national debt, not only for today’s taxpayer, but for generations to come.
I, for the life of me, cannot see any future for our country with a president who never held a real job outside of being a paid community organizer in Chicago. Who paid him?
What the president does well is public relations and campaigning for his agenda.
Don’t be surprised if he attempts to change the 22nd Amendment to the Constitution so he can run for a third term. This man, President Obama, is all ego. He thinks it’s his way or no way.
We are in danger of losing everything our servicemen and women, our justice system, our citizens have worked and died for.
Say no to President Obama by letting our Congress and state leaders know that we want our country back from liberal leadership.

FnB: I think they'll wait until Pres. Hillary Clinton's two
terms are over, and then maybe try a run for Michelle in 2024! She'd still be young enough (only 60), but she doesn't seem quite as politically driven as Mrs. Clinton. The clue will be what Mrs. Obama does in the intervening years (i.e.: does she run for office in Illinois?) I'm not a fan of the dynasties in American politics, myself.
Back to Ms. Chell's letter, the problem right now is that middle-class wages are too low (Fed. taxes, as a % of GDP, are running near record lows, whether one likes to acknowledge those stats or not). High unemployment makes it an employers' market (hence, low wages), so we need to have a laser focus on lowering unemployment (not a preoccupation with "austerity measures"/debt).

B) Pres. and Mrs. Obama, like many of us, had scholarships and student loans to get through college and grad/law school. They paid off their last student loan pmts. -- which amounted to more, monthly, than their mortgage -- in 2006, with income from Pres. Obama's book sales. Why look for a conspiracy where there is none? (Are you curious about how all of our Presidents managed to pay for their educations, or just Pres. Obama? I kind of like the fact that Obama wasn't a silver-spoon kid, and had to take out loans for his education.)

Who paid for Barry's trip to "the old sod"when he was just out of schooland so deeply in debt? Barry did tell us that he would fundimentally change America. What he didn't tell us is that he would distroy the constitution and America itself. 16 trillion in debt should just about do it. All those who voted for this guy just so they could be a part of the monumental moment when we elected a black dude should apologize to the rest of us and pony up all the money Barry wants to complete his quest to make America an o'bama/ Marx compound.
What would Dubya Do ?
Balance the budget with more unfunded wars and tax breaks ( income ,cap gains , inhert...) to decrease revenue collected ? Seems simple math was NOT his strong suit.

Actually the citizens of the US voted for President Obama and the Democratic party because they wanted more liberal leadership. They didn't want a president who discounted 47% of the ordinary citizens and who appeared to be willing to cater to the very rich and very powerful. (same man who said "Corporations are people.")

Maybe you should look in the mirror and see who is bringing up stupid things and needs to become extinct. This crap about blaming others is really old. Obama is bankrupting this country. Sure love to know where all that money went that Solyndra got before they went bankrupt or Nancy Pelosi's relative got for green energy each over 500 million dollars each. So please almighty Captron tell us all where the money went? In one year Solyndra had 500 million next year bankrupt. You sure love blaming others, try being an adult and taking responsibility some time for yourself and the political party you support. My political party is The United States of America, and I want whats best for the country. All the democrat and republicans can become extinct for all I care. I love this country to much to watch it being driven down a one way road to destruction. I want an American politician stand up and say I will turn this country around and actually do it and work together as a country and not divide it.
