First of all, I completely disagree with Nolan Spencer and Ron Houle’s comments. Crow Wing County voted Republican in this election so there are not thousands of readers that agree with them. I am extremely happy with Keith Hansen common sense approach. We need both sides in a free democracy and I am with Keith so count me in the thousands on the other side.

It's kind of funny
that Mr. Hansen routinely has slip-ups, inaccuracies, and downright falsehoods in his columns. His supporters, meanwhile, write letters like "Shoot the messenger?" and "Tired of left's rants" along with this one vehemently defending his right to do so (fine) and claiming that finally we are getting some balance.
If you want to associate yourself and identify with someone who is routinely inaccurate, feel free. I'm not quite sure what that says about you, but I sure would not want this guy to be my shining beacon finally presenting "my side" if it is continually misrepresented and wrong.
