Misrepresentation
The House Republican Campaign Committee has learned that an employee submitted a letter to the editor to the Brainerd Daily Dispatch misrepresenting himself.
We do not condone this action nor do we support this type of campaign tactic.
The employee is no longer employed by the House Republican Campaign Committee and is not affiliated with any House Republican campaign.

Typical republicon fraud!
Exactly what I'd expect from the Republicans...
...when one of theirs is caught doing something wrong. A quick dismissal, because that's not the way to do things. Pretty much a non-story at this point. One person did something wrong, and he was punished. End of story.
Here's an interesting little sting operation, though.

Looks like Obama's campaign contribution list could use a little review. My favorite part of the story is all the dunning follow ups to bin Laden, "deceased terror chief." It would almost be funny if it weren't so corrupt.
Unfortunately, you can't
Unfortunately, you can't erase what the person wrote from the memories of the people that read it. Some of these readers may not have seen the follow up that it was fraudulent. Mission accomplished. It's too bad that someone was so fearful of another candidate winning fair and square that they have to put out misinformation to try to make their own candidate look better.
I would really like it, if instead of spending so much time and energy trying to make the other guy look bad, candidates and their committees would dedicate that time and money into telling me how great THEY are; what THEY can do for me and how THEY plan to get the job done. When one lays with dogs, they get up stinky in the morning.
Not to mention,
flea-bitten.
You're FIRED !
The GOP has been hemmoraging employees lately for unethical behavior. Also not doing so great in fundraising.
2-5 employees =
2-5 employees = hemmoraging. I'm so impressed how people who don't
seem to be GOP know all about their fundraising and employees.
Oh nonsense, Sundquist damaged his candidate...
...more than he helped him. That should be a lesson to any Republican who wants to take a page out of the Democrats playbook--don't! The Dems have the media to protect them, you don't, and besides that, if you have to lie to win, you can't have a very good plan in the first place.
LOL muehlbau,
when was the last time a Dem campaign worker posed as a Republican letter writer? Republicans are very good at creating their own messes.
He was assigned
To Dale lueck's campaign, however.
I bet he was really
a liberal plant. That would be the kind of dirty trick they'd pull.
