I know in our life time we have changes and sometimes we have no control over them.
There are several changes that come to my mind.
First for over 50 years the little shack on the North Long Lake shore stood. I know it was an eyesore to some. But to me it was part of history, large or small. It seems everything that has a history has to be destroyed, removed or burned.
For over 20 years we had a radio station at Breezy Point, KLKS.
I found that the station gave everything from local to world news. They would announce the lost pets in hope to find the owners. The sounds of music came from all the popular eras.
A big thank you for everyone who has worked there.
The community and I always remember what the radio station did for the area.
