Discussions surrounding ObamaCare are keeping our focus away from the real problem we all face. Like a red herring dragged across trails to lead dogs away from game, we are being led to believe the Affordable Health Care law is still open for debate. Many are sidetracked with this nonsense.
On June 26, the Federal Appeals Court in Washington, D.C., delivered a full-out victory for climate science and law. The court upheld the Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) landmark actions to begin curbing the dangerous carbon pollution driving climate change. The court rejected every attack on EPA from coal companies, power companies and Koch brothers-funded science-denying groups that sued to stop EPA from doing its job to protect the health and welfare of Americans from the dangers of global warming.
Americans have lost work and business has slowed from all time record breaking fires, floods, droughts, storms and heat. If not for this long predicted climate disaster, our economy may well be humming at optimum rate. It’s time to end fear mongering over little things like ObamaCare, that won’t hurt anyone. Climate change on the other hand is killing millions while Republicans rake in oil money for campaigns.

Just because you say the debate is over doesn't mean it is.
If we don't like it and don't like the way it was pushed through,
we can debate and push as much as we want . I choose
not to comment on the EPA stuff now, but really, no Democrats rake in oil money?
What a nut job...
...Neal thinks we can control the climate. He must have watched too many Rocky and Bullwinkle cartoons with Boris Badanov and Natasha.
Getting a little too hot,
ladies?
Not hot, just disgusted with the stupidity...
...anyone who thinks spending scads of money on climate change research at this juncture because he thinks we're going to be able to prevent natural disasters is a fool. Talk about redistributing the wealth from the poor to the elites!
This hot mama says the EPA
This hot mama says the EPA is probably responsible for
more jobs not going forward because of their objections
and regulations.
Have you ever owned a business and had a visit from them?
They cost employers time and money
Tunnel thinking but it is his thinking and he is welcome to it.
Priorities besides just short term wins.
Good job. Stopping any real problem solving is not exactly a great tactic when reality is confronting us at every turn.
How about working on some real problem involving unemployment?
The unemployment rate for black teens is over 30%. That's criminal. And nobody's stopping any "real problem solving". If someone wants to fund the research privately, I say more power to them, but the government needs to stay out of it, because they can't even handle the number one priority right now, which is the failing economy.

Thanks neil
Everytime you write in I eat a T-bone. Those nasty cows & their greenhouse gas.
BTW Was it the climate change or the Koch bros or even Bush's fault for last nights shooting in CO??
How many jobs bills have republicans blocked muehlbau?
Of course, they have no interest in making the economy better (for obvious reasons), only in protecting their major donors like the multi-national corporate-driven 'Chamber'.

Are you asking how many straight job bills have been blocked...
...or how many Trojan horse job bills have been blocked? Republicans don't block job bills for the sake of blocking them, Chey. When they do block them it's usually because the Dems are trying to sneak in some piece of covert spending. Maybe if Dems would stop playing games, we'd get more done creating jobs.
Four republicans voted for the bill, muelh
apparently the only Senate republicans capable of separating themselves from 'the herd'.
Yeah, "The Bring Jobs Home Act... gives tax breaks for companies that "insource" jobs to the U.S. from overseas while eliminating tax deductions for companies that move jobs abroad." is a real Trojan horse.
And what's with all the silly amendments offered up by republicans like "repealing the health care reform law or extending the Bush-era tax cuts for all income levels."? Obstructionism, pure and simple.
Do you ever get tired of shilling for your plutocratic 'friends' like the multi-national corpulant 'Chamber'?
The Libs are only interested in power and government jobs
The Joker Obummer's job bills? The Jokers a joke! He is only interested in making government bigger not free enterprise, private businesses and self reliance.
And speaking of Jokes,
along comes JimmyJing.
Actually Jing
Under Obama, federal spending has grown only 1.4%, the smallest increase since Ike, look it up,,,
