Religious freedom

God, do you discriminate on who you will defend?

Religious extremism, whether invoking the bible, koran, bagadvad ghita, or whatever means

to justify exacting measures to judge people, becomes counter-productive in the assimilation

of our societies. We as a people would do well to accept promoting education first and foremost.

We as a people would do well to recognize the folly of archaic societies based upon archaic

writings with very questionable applications to the world we live in today.

Those societies that breed hatred for America usually have little for nothing but religion to fall back on.

Given better economics, given better lifestyle alternatives, more people could afford free thinking.

While American corporations prey upon third world countries, little does average Joe in America care,

other than to have cheap gas at home, cheap foreign products to buy.

Unless the average Joe in America seeks responsibility for what we do in the world, we are doomed

to the demise of our own making. Look in the mirror, ask yourself what you’ve done to make this a

better world, lately! Happy holidays to all. We are fortunate to live in a country of religious freedom

and civil rights! Too many of us take it all for granted.
