Tea Partiers are criticizing Obama's military move on Gaddafi which now puts Tea Partiers in an unintended alliance with Chavez and Putin who are defending Gaddafi.
If Obama had not moved to stop Gaddafi, the Tea Party's militants would have called Obama a coward. They loved Donald "Shock and Awe" Rumsfeld and President Bush and their coalition of the unwilling.
The French led the way on this one, saving Benghazi from a Gaddafi who made clear what he would do to all his foes there regardless of age or gender. This time it's a coalition of the willing blasting thedictator's armor and artillery.

what side Chavez or Putin take on the action in Libya or weather Obama would have been called a coward which is strictly conjecture on your part. I do know that the Libya action taken by Obama and his 3 female 60s radicals turned war monger comrades is a violation of the constitution and therefore deserve an impeachment hearing. The whole going to war in the middle east has been a total waste of lives and treasure of this country. If Obama really wanted to do something he would bring the troops home and keep out of his brother Muslims business. As far as avoiding a blood bath are you aware of the atrocities being committed by those democracy loving rebels?

Golly Gee Marshall Dillon...
Since you're convinced that "The whole going to war in the middle east has been a total waste of lives and treasure of this country", can we assume that you were REALLY put out when we invaded Iraq in a fruitless search for non-existent WMD?
mission
Actually we were in Afghanistan before The Decider decided to invade Iraq.
At that time weapons inspectors were searching Iraq but The Decider told them to stop looking. The weapons inspectors told him they couldn't find any WMDs and asked for more time to keep looking but The Decider and Cheney weren't interested in finding any WMDs. They had other reasons.
"military move ', aka war
"military move
', aka war "willing coalition. So willing that the Grmans pulled out after 3 days. Great leadership, Barry. Go play some golf.
Presidential Powers
The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat to the nation.

What upsets me is...
that we have wasted the soldiers, materials and money on three worthless countries that will hate us now matter what we do. I'm all for going after Al-quida but everything else was non-essential.
These politicians better wake up and realize that it's the economy that matters because without that every other discussion is a mute point!!
