Recently my daughter’s deer stand, chained and locked, was stolen from Larson Lake Memorial Forest.
In mid-July my 2006 Polaris ATV was stolen from my back porch. It suffered great damage to the chassis and then was ran into the Roberts Mine Pit with the engine running.
After about 200 hours labor and $1,500 in parts, it is somewhat in running order.
Being in my 70s, I used the machine to go between my house and workshop and drive about my woodlot.
My advice is to report any and all thefts to law enforcement.

Mr. Peterson, I agree with you, we need to report all theft. Some people just don't have any self resepct or resepct for others. They would steal from their own families!! I fear what the next 10 years will bring!
