Jason C. LaFlair

LAKE PARK — Jason C. LaFlair, age 38, of Lake Park, Minn., died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at his residence.

Jason Charles LaFlair was born on April 7, 1974. He grew up and attended school in Pequot Lakes, Minn., graduating from Pequot Lakes High School in 1992. He attended Bemidji State University where he graduated with a degree in Computer Science. He moved to Audubon, Minn., and worked for SJ Rhombus of Detroit Lakes for a few years. He later worked for Community First Bank in Fargo and was currently working as a software engineer for Bell State Bank and Trust in Fargo, which he enjoyed very much.

Jason is survived by his parents, James and Mona LaFlair, of Lake Park, Minn.; uncles and aunt, Jerry Vito, of Eveleth, Minn., and Richard (Sue Gale) LaFlair, of Henderson, Ky.; several cousins; best friends, Bill (Shannon) Kennedy; and his loyal companions, Mischa and Jasmine.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Memorial Mass: Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, noon at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Lake Park, Minn.

Visitation: One hour prior to services.

Services have been entrusted to the West-Kjos Funeral Home of Detroit Lakes, Minn.
