Michael W. Norling

Michael W. Norling, 58, of Brainerd, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2013, at Good Samaritan Village-Bethany. Memorial services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, at Brenny Funeral Chapel in Baxter. Family and friends are welcome to gather one hour prior to services.

Mike worked Clow Stamping for several years and was currently working at Grand Casino-Mille Lacs in security. He enjoyed his family and liked to watch them play sports. He liked hunting, fishing, snowmobiling and watching stock car racing.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Worrell and Norma Norling. He is survived by his children, Jacqueline (Damieon) Maupin, of Meridian, Idaho, Christopher (Jessica) Norling, of Brainerd, and Daniel Norling, of Boise, Idaho; sisters, Shelley (Ross) Potts, of Sauk Rapids, and Kelley (Tom) Eldien, of Duluth; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and many loving family and friends.
