SPARTA, Wis. — Dianna L. Kuderer, 57, of Sparta, Wis., died Friday, June 1, 2012, at her home. She was born on June 5, 1954, in Brainerd, Minn., to Clifford and JoAnn (Ramsey) Barto. She grew up in Brainerd and moved to Sparta in 1972.
She graduated from Sparta High School in 1973. She attended cosmetology school and worked as a beautician for six years. She then worked as a registered nurse at St. Mary’s Hospital in Sparta and the Sparta Area Ambulance until she retired.
Dianna married Steven Kuderer on May 25, 1974, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Sparta. Her hobbies included quilting, crafting and sculpting porcelain dolls. She enjoyed riding her horses and raising miniature horses.
Dianna is survived by her husband, Steven, of Sparta, Wis.; her sons, Scott (Jessie) Kuderer, of Sparta, Wis., Mark (Kari) Kuderer, of La Crosse, Wis., Eric (Amanda) Kuderer, of Sparta, Wis., and Chad (Danielle) Kuderer, of Fort Leonard Wood, Mo.; her grandchildren, Makara, Keean, Kade, Matthew, Alexander, Carson, and Addelyn; her father, Clifford Barto, of Brainerd, Minn.; her sisters, Debbie (Wayne) Herrli, of Albany, Ore., Cathy (Bryan) Olson, of Sparta, Wis., Sandra Barto, of Denver, Colo., and Lorrie Barto, of Brainerd, Minn.
She was preceded in death by her mother, JoAnn; and a daughter, Danna Kuderer.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Monday at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Sparta, with Father John S. Manohar officiating. Burial was in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Sparta.
The Lanham-Miller Funeral Home, Sparta, is assisting the family with funeral arrangements.
