Nancy J. Fregin
RANDALL — Nancy J. Fregin, 77-year-old resident of Randall, Minn., passed away Saturday, March 17, 2012, at her home in Randall. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 21, 2012, at Bethany Lutheran Church in Cushing, Minn. with Bob Mueller officiating. Burial will at the Randall City Cemetery in Randall, Minn. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Little Falls and one hour prior to service on Wednesday at the church.
Nancy was born on Aug. 19, 1934, in Randall, Minn. to the late George and Elsie (Anderson) Mueller. She attended elementary school in Randall and high school in Little Falls, graduating in 1952. Nancy worked at Northwestern National Bank in Minneapolis, Minn. She was united in marriage to Clyde Fregin on May 14, 1955, at St. Peter Lutheran Church in Randall, Minn. She then became a day care provider and stay-at-home mom. Nancy was a member of St. Peter Lutheran Church in Randall and the Randall VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and working crossword puzzles. Nancy was an avid reader and loved watching her husband, children and grandchildren play sports. Nancy is survived by her daughter, Kathy Bentler (Mike) of Baxter, Minn.; sons, Douglas Fregin of Trempealeau, Wis., Roger Fregin (Kris) of Little Falls, Minn., and Steven Fregin (Mary) of Superior, Wis.; sister, Beverly Lindborg of Brainerd, Minn.; sister-in-laws, Marilyn Mueller of Randall, Minn., Marge Mueller of Little Falls, Minn., and Audrey Paton (John) of Chicago, Ill.; grandchildren, Stefani Feiler (Dustin Bowers), Brett Bentler, Kyle Fregin, Katie Fregin, Michael Fregin, Rachal Fregin, and Laura Fregin; great-grandchildren, Jordyn Feiler, Jadyn Feiler, Lukas Bowers, Justice Bowers, Devyn Bowers, and Gavyn Bowers. Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, George and Elsie Mueller; husband, Clyde Fregin; sisters, Lucille Falconio, Jan Haus; brothers, Robert (Murph) Mueller, Donald Mueller, Richard Mueller, and infant brother Charles Mueller. Honorary Pallbearers will be all of Nancy’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as friends, Joyce Wise, Dan Fenske, Steve Olson, Howard Kazeck, Rusty Gwost, Neil Miller and Dale Jones.Active Pallbearers will be Bill Lindborg, Alan Peterson, Mike Drew, Darrell Gohl, Douglas Wiherski, Rick Lundgren, Scott Haus, and Larry Falconio.
