Evelyn Roske

MINNEAPOLIS — Evelyn Roske, 88, formerly of Pine River, Minn., passed away peacefully at the Mount Olivet Home in Minneapolis on Feb. 28, 2012. Survived by loving husband of 67 years, Alfred; sons, Dennis (Karen) and Doug (Janet); grandchildren Nate, Nick and Neil Roske, Andy, Jon and Jesse Pond; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Ellen; brother, Harold. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, plus she was an eight-time state winner of Pillsbury’s National Bake Off. Memorial ceremony will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012, 11 a.m. at the Mount Zion Lutheran Church, 5645 Chicago Ave. S., Minneapolis. Visitation will be 10 a.m.
