Patricia A. Ostrander, of Brainerd, Minn., formerly of South St. Paul, passed away Nov. 28, 2011. Preceded in death by husband, Marlin; parents, Harold and Edna McCarty; and brother, Edward McCarty. Survived by sister, Kathleen (Gary) Jensen, Nisswa; sisters-in-law, Judith McCarty, Chisago, Donna Roussin, South St. Paul; nephews, Michael (Catherine) McCarty, Lakewood, Colo., Kerry McCarty, Moundsview, Shon (Yolanda) Jensen, Nisswa; nieces, Marileah McCarty, Chisago, Trisha (Mark)Luedke, Denver, and Laura Jensen, Nisswa; great-nephews, Jeremy McCarty and Taylor Jensen; great-niece, Brooke Jensen. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Thursday at English-Meeker & Kandt Funeral Home, 140 Eighth Ave. North, South St. Paul. Visitation one hour before services. Interment in General Lutheran Cemetery.
