Agnes Stuck (Lundgren), age 96, resident of Harmony House in Brainerd, a former Nisswa resident, passed away at Harmony House on Thursday, Aug. 25, 2011. Agnes was born in Brainerd on Nov. 16, 1914, to Henry and Gazella (Perlinger) Davis. She had been employed as the parish secretary at Lake Country Parishes which included St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Nisswa until 1992. She had earlier been employed by Glen Rehbein Excavating in Circle Pines, Minn.
Survivors include step-son Martin (Jody) Stuck of Ramsey; daughters Suzyn Lundgren of Minneapolis and Robin (Joseph Zavoral) Mahala of Brainerd; grandchildren, Heather (Chris) Rocca, Christine (Adam) Collet, Macelle Mahala, Norvetta Zavoral-Mahala, Star Zavoral-Mahala and Ellis Zavoral-Mahala; and six great grandchildren.
Agnes was preceded in death by her husbands George Lundgren and Lawrence Stuck, brother Richard Davis, two infant siblings, step-daughter Iris Dunn, sisters Louise Ryan and Frances Chamberlain.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 30, 2011, at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Nisswa with Father George Zeck officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Brainerd. Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. on Monday at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church in Nisswa and will continue the hour before services on Tuesday.
