STILLWATER — Francis “Frank” A. Schurb, age 80, of Stillwater.
Frank, with family by his side, died peacefully after a short fight with cancer.
He was preceded in death by parents, Frank and Mary; siblings, Bernie, Joe and Sister Avila. Survived by wife of 55 years, Therese; daughters, MaryFrances, of St. Paul, Kathryn (Todd) Bymark, of Brainerd, and Susan (Peter) Boosalis, of Stillwater; grandchildren, Grace, Jeff, John Peter, Sophia and Ellie. Frank worked as a Division Scientist at 3M for 30-plus years. He was a long time parishioner of St. Pascal Baylon Church serving on several committees. Frank and Therese retired to Stillwater where they became involved in the tri-Catholic community and enjoyed time with their family especially their grandchildren who are the light of their lives. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Saturday, March 5, 201, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church, 611 South Third St., Stillwater. Visitation one hour prior to Mass at the church Atrium. Memorials are preferred to St. Croix Catholic School.
