Carol A. Stehr

BACKUS — Carol Ann Stehr, age 67, of Backus, formerly of St. Paul, passed away Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, at Brainerd, Minn. She was born Feb. 13, 1943, in St. Paul to William and Marie (Ikhaml) Rascher.

Carol is survived by her husband, Paul, of Backus; son, Paul (Patty) Stehr and children, Paul, Adam and Nicholas, of St. Paul; two daughters, Deborah Stehr, of St. Paul, and Jennifer (Joel) Fischer and children, Nathan and Henry, of Cottage Grove; two sisters, Joanne Schabaker, of West St. Paul, and Mary Ann (Greg) Lincowski, of Hugo, Minn. 

She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Bill.

Funeral services will be at 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 1, 2011, at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church in St. Paul. Interment will be in the Resurrection Cemetery, St. Paul. Visitation will be one hour prior the service at the church.

The Kline Funeral Home of Pine River, Minn., is in charge of the arrangements.
