John 'Jack' Sam

John “Jack” Sam, 61-year-old resident of Isle, Minn., passed away on Tuesday, Dec. 21, 2010, at the Mille Lacs Health System in Onamia, Minn. A funeral ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, 2010, at the Chiminising Community Center in Isle, Minn. Burial will be held in the Faith Lutheran Cemetery in Isle, Minn. A visitation will be held starting at 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 26, 2010, at the Chiminising Community Center in Isle, Minn. Arrangements are with the Shelley Funeral Chapel of Onamia.
