Darlene S. DeBusk

Darlene S. DeBusk, age 63, resident of Brainerd, died Friday, Dec. 17, 2010, at Abbott-Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis.

Darlene was born Aug. 21, 1947, to Albert and Mabel Wiedewitsch. She married Eugene DeBusk in 1969 and they were married for 23 years.

Darlene had various jobs for many years, but she truly lived for her family and friends.

Darlene is survived by her mother, Mabel Wiedewitsch; her sister, Violet McKenney; her daughters, Dena Lindquist and Kari Raasch; a foster daughter, Briana Neubauer; one grandson; four granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter, all of Brainerd.

She was preceded in death by her father, Albert Wiedewitsch; and sister, Irene Wing.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 22 at the Nelson-Doran Funeral Home in Brainerd with the Rev. Bob Twiton officiating. Visitation times are Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
